I’m Shaun Tinney, author of Practice Everything and iEQ9 Certified Enneagram Practitioner.

I help teams close the gap between what they say and what they do.

For 15+ years, I’ve built businesses, led teams, and coached people through high-stakes decisions and transitions.

At one point, everything looked right from the outside. The business was working. The goals were being hit.

But I knew something was off.

I stayed longer than I should have. Avoided decisions I already knew I needed to make. Tried to think through things that required action.

Eventually, the gap caught up to me.

So I made the changes. I stepped away. Rebuilt from the ground up. That’s where this work comes from.

I've founded and exited a creative agency, led people and culture at a fast-growing consumer brand, and spent years studying what actually makes people change.
